How to use GCE for Visa Application
If you have recently gain Admission in any University abroad you can use your GCE result for the purpose of Visa Application.
take the Original copy of you GCE result with you to the Country embassy in Abuja to start your Visa application process.
At the embassy you will be required to produce your admission letter and other documents including your SSCE result, your GCE result can be use in place of your SSCE result.
How to Get the Original copy of your GCE Result
Many candidates who have written the GCE examination have still not gotten their original result.

Go-to the WAEC office in the state which you wrote your GCE examination with your GCE acknowledgement slip, your registration number, center number and Examination number.

How to Check your GCE Result from WAEC Portal
If you have recently written the GCE examination and your original result is not yet out you can access your GCE result view WAEC Portal.
Go to the WAEC result checker portal, enter your registration number follow by your examination number in the first text box provided.
Select Examination year, and on the next section select private candidate result.
Enter the PIN number of your scratch card, enter the serial number of the scratch card.
Review all the details you have provided to see if they are correct or not, after you have confirmed they details you enter are correct, then click on submit.
Wait for few seconds for the portal to load your results for you.
